Step 1: Make a claim.
Call 1-800-588-7400 to report an auto claim anytime, any day. Please have your policy number ready.
Step 2: Talk with a claims team member.
Your agent will be notified and an Encompass claims specialist will follow up with you by the next business day.
Step 3: Evaluate damages and make an estimate.
Your claims team member will schedule an inspection of the damage and prepare an estimate for covered damages based on necessary repairs and/or replacement.
Step 4: Review your estimate.
Your adjuster will contact you to discuss the damage estimate and settlement based on your policy provisions, terms and coverage.
Step 5: Complete your claim.
We will send you appropriate documents and applicable payments.

An Encompass claims service representatives can help if you're ever in a bind by arranging service in the event of a breakdown, flat tire, dead battery, tow or locksmith assistance or if you run out of gas.1
