Home Updates Can Mean Coverage Updates
A major home improvement or purchase can do more than increase your home’s
value; it can also be a signal to update your homeowner’s policy.
Be sure to notify your agent if you:
| |
|
Remodel the kitchen or bath |
|
Update plumbing or wiring |
|
Replace the heating or air conditioning system |
|
Install a security system or fire alarm |
|
Add a room or garage |
|
Build a pool or tennis court |
And don’t forget your home’s contents. You should update your policy anytime
your purchase – or inherit – expensive jewelry, artwork, silver, china or
collectibles.
The last thing you want is to find out too late that your home and
possessions aren’t adequately protected.
Put your mind at ease. Call an Encompass Insurance Agent for more information on coverage
updates or if you have doubts or concerns about your insurance.
