Deerbrook Optimization Service & System Requirements

The Deerbrook Optimization Service can improve the performance of the Deerbrook web site and prevent common errors. Once installed it automatically configures internet explorer with the following settings:

Internet Options within Internet Explorer:

Advanced tab:
- Select Disable Script debugging
  - IE 6.0 SP2 / IE 7 - Disable Script Debugging (Internet Explorer)
- Deselect Display a notification about every script error
- Deselect Do not save encrypted files to disk
Set your temporary internet file folder cache size to a minimum of 250MB
Trusted Sites within the Security tab:
- Add the following websites to the zone:
  - Allstate.com
  - Encompassinsurance.com
  - Deerbrook.com
  - GotoAssist.com
- Security level defaulted to Low
Privacy tab:
- Add the following websites and set them to Always Allow
  - Allstate.com
  - Encompassinsurance.com
  - Deerbrook.com
  - GotoAssist.com
Pop up Blocker
- Add the following websites and set them to Always Allow
  - Allstate.com
  - Encompassinsurance.com
  - Deerbrook.com
  - GotoAssist.com
Check for the installation of the following programs:
- Internet Explorer 6 or later
- Adobe Reader 5.x or later
- MSXML 4.0
