On the Privacy Tab (I.E. 6.0 SP2 only):
Click the "Default" button
Click the "Sites" button
On "Per Site Privacy Actions" window:
Type in the following domains in the "Address of Web site" field one at a time and click "Allow"
Allstate.com
Deerbrook.com
Encompassinsurance.com
Click "OK"
On the Privacy Tab:
Click the "Settings" button
On "Pop-up Blocker Settings" window:
Type in the following domains in the "Address of Web site to allow" field one at a time and click "Add"
Click "Close"
