This is determined by the state in which you reside, and by how quickly you want or need to send the payment. Normal payments are sent to the PO Box associated with the state where you reside. However, if you need to send the payment overnight you cannot send it to a PO Box. In that case, use the full address with your overnight package. Using the map or list box, select your state to find the correct address for you.

If the payment stub is not available, please write the policy number clearly on the check.
