When you call TimeSaver, we'll notify your agent right away and get started on your claim. Your agent is an important resource for you, who can answer your questions and help you sort things out. As your personal insurance advisor, your agent is always there for you.
We'll assign a claim number and provide you with contact information for the local office that will handle the claim.

It's always your choice--you decide where to have your car repaired or who restores your home. To help resolve claims quickly and conveniently, we maintain a nationwide database of repair service companies. Only those companies that meet our high standards for quality and service are referred to our customers.
If you have a covered loss, and you choose any of the body shops, glass repairs or home repair services we recommend, we guarantee your satisfaction with the work performed. We'll make sure the job is done right.
Immediate Response for After Hour Emergencies
If you have an emergency, but it's the middle of the night, don't worry. Our "on call" adjuster will respond. Immediately after we take your loss information, the adjuster "on call" will contact you to respond to the emerging problem.
Referral services may not be available during catastrophe situations.
