Whenever your car is disabled, call us. We'll immediately dispatch a tow truck or locksmith to your location. This extra service advantage is automatically included with your Universal Security auto coverage.
If you have selected towing coverage on your policy just sign the invoice indicating you've received the service. We will pay the bill directly up to your policy limit--there's no need to pay up front, no receipts to submit or waiting for reimbursement.
Please keep in mind that any expenses above your policy limit are your responsibility and should be paid to the service vendor when service is delivered. Direct payment service is available only when we can verify your coverage.
If you did not select towing coverage on your policy (or we are unable to verify your coverage when you call), we will still dispatch roadside assistance service, but you will need to arrange for payment directly with the service vendor. Call your agent if you would like to discuss towing coverage for your policy.
