We're looking for agencies that possess the following characteristics:

• a minimum of $500,000 in personal lines total written premium
• a minimum of 5 years of property and casualty experience
• a customer base that value higher limits and broader coverages
• an automated, paperless environment
  

Within three years of appointment, our ideal agency will plan to make Encompass Insurance one of its top 3 carriers, with at least $300,000 in written premium.
