Our goal is to help you grow profitable business with Encompass. We take pride in developing and strengthening agency relationships that benefit both your agency and our company.
We're looking for agencies that possess the following characteristics:

a minimum of $500,000 in personal lines total written premium

a minimum of 5 years of property and casualty experience

a customer base that value higher limits and broader coverages
-
an automated, paperless environment
Within three years of appointment, our ideal agency will plan to make Encompass Insurance one of its top 3 carriers, with at least $300,000 in written premium.
