Customer Letter 1:
Due to a recent theft of a suitcase, I had occasion to work with Sherrie to process my claim. I have not had many occasions to deal with Encompass Insurance or any other insurance company, so I was not sure what to expect. You hear so many horror stories of people having to deal with big companies… But I have to say that Sherrie by far exceeded any expectations that I had for responsiveness and service. She always responded in an informative and timely manner.

In fact, when she thought she might have missed a communication from me, she checked back in just to make sure she hadn’t missed anything. Responsiveness and good service are harder and harder to find these days; I think everyone has come to dread and expect the worst.

It was so nice to work with Sherrie – especially after the terrible time that I had with the airline despite having status with them. It was also nice to have someone who was so engaged. She is definitely an asset to your company and I plan on sharing the good experience that I have had with Encompass Insurance with [others].
