This is a letter of commendation regarding the Encompass Insurance staff who handled my daughter’s claim. They were exemplary, and I thought you should know how well the claim was handled. My daughter and granddaughter were broadsided on September 5, 2010. They were not hurt, nor were they at fault. My daughter had to go to the emergency room but was released later that evening. Needless to say, it was a highly traumatic evening, but once again, no one was seriously injured. My daughter made a call to the Encompass Insurance Claim Line, but our first contact was our agent, who immediately gave me the contacts to proceed with the claim. She is an exemplary agent who goes above and beyond the call of duty.
During the claim process we came in contact with several claims employees, all of whom were helpful, supportive and extremely professional. I would use the word “exemplary” again when describing their service.

The check arrived as promised! Hard to believe it’s finally over. I couldn’t have gotten it without your invaluable help, and for that I’m grateful. Your patience and kindness were an added bonus during this frustrating time. Thank you for everything, it’s good to have had you and Encompass Insurance in my corner.

Customer Letter 4:
Last October my wife was in a car accident – a skid into the rear end of another car. Thankfully, no one was hurt, but our car was damaged beyond repair. Our case was handled by Elke. She was all one could wish for in a claims adjuster. She was always there for us to answer any questions and offer advice. As with most people involved in auto accidents, we were under a lot of stress and she provided a calming, very professional handling of our problems. This meant a great deal to us. It was a real pleasure to work with Elke as it was to deal with Encompass Insurance.

I’m writing you today in regards to Christine, who was assigned to my claim in September… Christine has been nothing short of spectacular. I can’t stress how comforting it is to have someone with a response time like hers. She was either immediately available or called me back in a timely manner. I had numerous questions and concerns… [and] it was very calming to know she had answers and legitimate concerns for my claim.
At the end of the day, I’m very pleased with how Christine handled my claim. It’s great to know that Encompass Insurance has employees like her!
